Ingredients
  • 32 oz. Sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 lbs. country style ribs (boned and trimmed)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 10 oz. can French onion soup

Directions
  1. Place meat on the bottom of a 9X13 inch casserole dish
  2. Cover eith the Sauerkraut
  3. Sprinkle wiht1/4 cup brown sugar and top with French onion soup (DO NOT DILUTE)
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3-4 hours or until tender
  5. Uncover the last 1/2 hour for browning

A really good,easy,recipe,with Butter Beans and a Salad,that could be supper tonight.
