Sauerkraut and Ribs

- 32 oz. sauerkraut, drained shopping list
- 2 lbs. country style ribs (boned and trimmed) shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 10 oz. can French onion soup shopping list
How to make it
- Place meat on the bottom of a 9X13 inch casserole dish
- Cover eith the Sauerkraut
- Sprinkle wiht1/4 cup brown sugar and top with French onion soup (DO NOT DILUTE)
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3-4 hours or until tender
- Uncover the last 1/2 hour for browning
