Mocha Rum Sauce Recipe

How to make it

  • Add together 1/2 cup coffee, 6 oz of sweet chocolate and 1/2 ox biter chocolate.
  • Cooking in a heavy sauce pan over a low flame until the mixture melts, stirring constantly.
  • Add Rum and mix until the sauce is smooth.
  • Serve Hot over Ice Cream, Fresh Fruit, or mixed with Yogurt.
