This is a wonderful topping on fruit, Ice Cream or mixed with plain yogurt.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup strong Coffee
  • 6 oz Dark Sweet Chocolate cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 oz Bitter Chocolate cut into small pieces
  • 3 Tbsp Rum

Directions
  1. Add together 1/2 cup coffee, 6 oz of sweet chocolate and 1/2 ox biter chocolate.
  2. Cooking in a heavy sauce pan over a low flame until the mixture melts, stirring constantly.
  3. Add Rum and mix until the sauce is smooth.
  4. Serve Hot over Ice Cream, Fresh Fruit, or mixed with Yogurt.
