Easy And Delicious Chili Casserole Recipe
Tried and True Favorite. Old recipe, delicious and great for football season when there are so many get-togethers. Your friends will be so happy with this dish! And you will too! So simple.

Ingredients
  • 1 can favorite chili with beans
  • 1 medium package of original Fritos (small chips)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cups grated cheese, your choice
  • Lousiana Hot Sauce OR Tabasco, 4-5 drops (this is the secret)

Directions
  1. Combine chili with small amount of water, heat
  2. In a casserole, crumble a layer of Fritos
  3. Spread a layer of chili over the Fritos
  4. Spread a layer of onion
  5. Sprinkle with Lousiana Hot Sauce or Tabasco (this is the secret)
  6. Spread a generous layer of grated cheese
  7. Repeat the process, until all ingredients are used
  8. Place dish in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and all is bubbling
  9. This is DELICIOUS, and SO EASY!
