How to make it

  • Prepare the coconut crust,by mixing the coconut and butter together and pressing into a 9" pie plate .Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes,cool thoroughly.
  • Pie:
  • In bowl beat cream cheese until light and fluffy,add sweetened condensed milk and juice concentrate,beat until smooth.
  • Stir in pineapple,rum,and liqueur.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Turn tnto prepared crust,Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
