Sorry but-- ewwwwww--- and I eat a lot of stuff that other people will not eat!!

Hahaha! I love what GG said, however it is true, - also fish cheeks are considered a delicacy.

Laugh. I really do not know what to say. I have never even heard of fish tongues. This will probably make me really look silly. But I did not know that fish even had tongues to cook. I mean, like, I have caught, cleaned, and cooked many fish. Never took the time to look into their mouths long enough to notice. If it is true that they do have a tongues, (and if you say so, it must be) then I must consider a 5 just for posting a recipe that everyone will have to look at just because of it's name. How can you avoid a Recipe titled Fish Tongue? That alone makes this a perfect, but weird recipe. I might add, that if the opportunity ever presents itself, I will make and eat this dish. In spite! *5* Here!

Had to stick up for my friend here and leave a well-deserved 5 for just finding this.

Well, it says comment added but will not add.
Anyhow, this is a delicacy in Norway and the history is fascinating. It is on recipelink and I give my friend here a big 5 for finding it.
Well done!
