Lime And Cilantro Butter Recipe

Savory butter, wonderful on tortillas or with Corn Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks sweet butter
- juice and zest of one lime
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Form into a log on waxed paper or plastic or put into a butter mold.
- Chill until ready to use, then cut off small pieces and arrange on a plate.

After making the recipe as is take 1/2 c. and add 2 tsp. chili powder and 1/4 tsp. cumin. It's wonderful on corn on the cob or cornbread.
