Lemon Chili Honey

- 2 cups honey shopping list
- 4 strips lemon zest shopping list
- 2 TBSP. fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 3 whole dried chilies shopping list
- 1/2 teasp. whole allspice shopping list
How to make it
- In saucepan combine all ingredients
- bring to a boil
- pour into sterilized jars
- store 24 hours at room temperature before using
- refrigerate for up to 3 months
- honey may crystallize when refrigerated but can be put in the microwave to bring it back to liquid form
- makes 2 cups
- you can keep the zest, chilies and allspice in the jars or if the flavor starts to get too strong take them out
