Italian Meat Loaf Recipe

Can be made in regular meatloaf(bread) pan. I always make mashed potatoes and gravy with this, but can be served with any side dish. Prep:20m Cook:90m Servings:8	Shakeyslady

Ingredients

1 1/2 ground beef

1 cup milk

1 Tb ls Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp basil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp mustard

1/4 tsp pepper

1 clove garlic chopped

1 Egg

3/4 cup plain or Italian bread crumbs

1/4 cup onion

1/2 cup red or green bell peppers

1/4 cup ketchup or bbq sauce

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all of ingredients together except ketchup or bbq

Shape in un greased meat loaf pan or roaster

spread ketchup or bbq sauce on meat loaf

bake uncovered or until thermometer reaches 160

Let stand 5 minutes

Serve
