It is made by steaming process.It is served for b'fast,dinner.....i love to have this with hot spicy mutton or lamb curry....it is a rice flour noodles....

Ingredients
  • Iddiyappam mix(instant one)
  • Boiled water-as required
  • salt

Directions
  1. Boil the water,then pour the water into the iddiyappam rice flr gradually
  2. Mix carefully with a spoon as it will be very hot
  3. make the dough.the dough should be soft
  4. press into the mould,you can see the dough coming out as noodles
  5. press 1-1/2 round around&steam cook for 5 min...
