It is made by steaming process.It is served for b'fast,dinner.....i love to have this with hot spicy mutton or lamb curry....it is a rice flour noodles....
Ingredients
- Iddiyappam mix(instant one) shopping list
- Boiled water-as required shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the water,then pour the water into the iddiyappam rice flr gradually
- Mix carefully with a spoon as it will be very hot
- make the dough.the dough should be soft
- press into the mould,you can see the dough coming out as noodles
- press 1-1/2 round around&steam cook for 5 min...
