A very simple side to Mexican food night at our home. Not at all spicy so kids will enjoy it too.

The best part of this one is the simplicity. Great job. Also, the recipes it brings up on the side, I am now dying to try the black beann corn and mandarin salad.

What makes this Haiku?
It sounds great by the way.

Haiku is a form of poetry: 1st line 5 syllables, 2nd line 7, 3rd line 5. We are using the "directions" portion of the recipe for our haikus. This group was formed by Whackfood, on a whim due to some haiku shenanigans at Allrecipes. We're having lots of fun with it!

This is such a quick, easy recipe, but it tastes great! I was juicing a bunch of fresh limes right before I made this, so I added a little fresh lime juice in addition to the other ingredients. It tastes wonderful...thanks for sharing! I will make it again!

Ooooh! I like the addition of the lime juice. I bet cilantro would be awesome too! Thanks for taking my recipe and running with it! And I love your photo, too!
