Paprika Chicken

- 6-8 chicken pieces or 4 large chicken breasts shopping list
- 2oz butter(60g) shopping list
- 2 onions, sliced shopping list
- 3T paprika shopping list
- 1T white vinegar shopping list
- 2c water shopping list
- 3/4lb (750g) baby potatoes shopping list
- 1/2c sour cream shopping list
- 2T corn starch shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, add onions, stir over heat until golden brown. Add paprika and vinegar, stir until combined.
- Add chicken pieces to pan in a single layer, cook until browned, turning occasionally. Add water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook covered until chicken is tender, about 30 mins.
- Meanwhile, cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain.
- Add combined cornstarch and sour cream and potatoes to chicken, cook until mixture boils and thickened.
