A Delicious apple cheese cake that stand alone or serve with ice cream. Serve warm but also delicious at room temperature or cold..

Ingredients
  • CRUST:
  • 1 Cup margarine
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla.
  • FILLING:
  • 8 onz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 egs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 Can of Ed Smith Apple pie filling
  • Sprinke with almonds

Directions
  1. Mix and press the crust ingrediants into an 8x13 inch pan
  2. Cream together the cream cheese, sugar, 2 eggs and vanilla and pour over crust
  3. Top with 1-2 tins of apple filling , Top with almonds
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to 325 and bake for another 25 minutes
