Avocado Surprise

- 1 avocado shopping list
- 100 gms canned crabmeat or canned tuna shopping list
- cream cheese shopping list
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
- freshly milled black pepper shopping list
- black olives shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone (which is much too hard to eat anyway).
- With a teaspoon, scoop out the flesh and place in a small bowl. Set the avocado skins aside (you will use them later).
- Add the crabmeat (or tuna), lemon juice, a shake of black pepper and enough cream cheese to make a smooth blend.
- Pile the mixture into the avocado skins.
- Drizzle a little paprika over the avocado and garnish with a black olive.
