Sugar Free Peanutbutter - Scotch Fudge

- 1 (four-serving) box sugar-Free butterscotch pudding shopping list
- 1 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup all-natural, no-sugar-added peanut butter, warmed until runny shopping list
- 8 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 tbsp Splenda granular shopping list
How to make it
- Grease a 9x13" pan with cooking spray, set aside.
- Beat together pudding mix and milk in a bowl. Beat in peanut butter until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat cheese and Splenda until creamy.
- Add pudding mixture and beat smooth.
- Pour into prepared pan and chill 2-3 hours.
