- 1 CUP CHANA shopping list
- 1 CUP onions (CUT INTO SLICES) shopping list
- 1-INCH PIECE ginger shopping list
- 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES shopping list
- 1 TBSP lime juice/TAMARIND JUICE shopping list
- 2 TBSPS CHOPPED coriander leaves shopping list
- 1 TSP pomegranate seeds shopping list
- 1 TSP CURMIN POWDER shopping list
- 1 TSP CHILLI POWDER shopping list
- 1 TSP chat masala shopping list
- 1 TBSP AMCHOOR POWDER shopping list
- 1 TSP KITCHEN KING POWDER shopping list
- 1 TSP BLACK salt shopping list

How to make it
- Preparation :
- Soak the chana overnight. Boil in four cups water with salt to taste in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes after the whistle. Cool to room temperature and dry the water completely. Grind the pomegranate seeds and keep aside. Add all the dry masalas tothe chana. Saute the onions in 1 tsp oil to a transparent stage. Add to the chana. Sprinkle green chillies, lime juice (or tamarind juice) and coriander leaves. Serve hot or cold.
