i'd just like to make a correction, Jeera and Dhaniya are not the same, Jeera= cumin and Dhaniya=coriander,

you can find these spices at any indian stores, its best to look for the Jeera(cumin seeds) and toast them slightly in a small frying pan then blending them to make a powder, the same for coriander seeds

I am saving this recipe on file. But I have one question. Do you have the recipe for Jerra and Dhaniya powder? Or can I find it at a Mid East store? Would prefer to make it if possible.
