These chicken breasts are juicy and tender because they are cooked quickly over a high heat and then brushed with a honey mustard sauce.

Sounds great, will definitely try this one. I will be using thigh fillets instead of breast as I think they have more flavour and definitely a better 'no stick' component when it comes to cooking because of the higher fat content, which cooks out. (They are also heaps cheaper!) Great slant, I may try this for my next picnic with some slaw, tater salad, etc.
