Ingredients
  • 1/2 - cup water
  • 1/2 - cup sugar
  • 3/4 - cup cabernet sauvignon
  • 3/4 - cup - white grape juice
  • 1/3 - cup lemon juice
  • red grapes and mint sprigs for garnish..........

Directions
  1. combine the water, sugar, wine in a saucepan.
  2. bring to a boil
  3. reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes............cool.......
  4. add the grape juice and lemon juice.
  5. cover and chill for 1 hour.
  6. pour into a divided ice cube tray....
  7. freeze until solid...........about 4 hours.........
  8. place cubes, one at a time in a food processor...
  9. process until slushy only ........
  10. serve in sherbet dishes and garnish with mint and grapes........
  11. serves 2...........
