How to make it

  • Place vinegar,garlic,and mustard in a bowl and whisk till smooth. Whilw whisking slowly,add olive oil and mix till smooth.
  • Add the sour cream and mix well. Add the basil and chives and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate
  • Will keep in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
