Great taste to this dressing. Similar to a ranch dressing.

Ingredients
  • 1/4c white wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic,chopped
  • 1Tbs dijon mustard
  • 3/4c extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3c sour cream
  • 2tsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 1Tbs chopped fresh chives
  • salt and black pepper

Directions
  1. Place vinegar,garlic,and mustard in a bowl and whisk till smooth. Whilw whisking slowly,add olive oil and mix till smooth.
  2. Add the sour cream and mix well. Add the basil and chives and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate
  3. Will keep in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
