I love steak. Instead of potatoes, try this asian version tonight!

Ingredients
  • 4 strip loin steaks
  • 1/2 cup Kikkoman Honey & Soy Teriyaki Marinade
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • cooked thin hokkien noodles
  • steamed bok choy or chinese greens
  • cilantros, chopped

Directions
  1. Place steaks into a ceramic dish in a single layer.
  2. Add marinade, garlic, ginger and five-spice powder.
  3. Turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight if time permits.
  4. Preheat a heavy-based frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Spray lightly with oil.
  6. Drain steaks, reserving marinade.
  7. Add steaks to frying pan.
  8. Cook for 4 minutes each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil to keep warm.
  9. Add reserved marinade to frying pan. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until reduced and thickened slightly.
  10. Place steaks, noodles and greens onto serving plates.
  11. Spoon over sauce and serve.
  12. Garnish with cilantros
