INDIAN STYLE RUSSIAN SALAD SANDWICH

Ingredients
  • • 4 brown bread slices
  • For the sandwich filling
  • • 1 teacup finely chopped boiled vegetables (carrots, cabbage, green peas, cauliflower, potatoes, French beans)
  • • 3 to 4 tablespoons fresh cream
  • • 2 teaspoons thick fresh curds
  • • 2 tablespoons grated carrots
  • • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • • 1 teaspoon salt
  • • A pinch pepper powder

Directions
  1. 1. Mix all the ingredients for the sandwich filling.
  2. 2. Divide the mixtureinto two and spread over 2 slices of bread.
  3. 3. Cover with the other 2 slices
  4. Cut each sandwich into two
