INDIAN STYLE RUSSIAN SALAD SANDWICH
Ingredients
- • 4 brown bread slices shopping list
- For the sandwich filling shopping list
- • 1 teacup finely chopped boiled vegetables (carrots, cabbage, green peas, cauliflower, potatoes, French beans) shopping list
- • 3 to 4 tablespoons fresh cream shopping list
- • 2 teaspoons thick fresh curds shopping list
- • 2 tablespoons grated carrots shopping list
- • 1 teaspoon mustard powder shopping list
- • ½ teaspoon sugar shopping list
- • 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- • A pinch pepper powder shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Mix all the ingredients for the sandwich filling.
- 2. Divide the mixtureinto two and spread over 2 slices of bread.
- 3. Cover with the other 2 slices
- Cut each sandwich into two
