Jamaican Fruit Salsa

- 1/3 - cup dark rum shopping list
- 3 - tablespoons coconut rum shopping list
- 1/3 - cup rumrunners mix shopping list
- 1/2 - ( 10 ounce) package frozen strawberries thawed and drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup- pineapple juice shopping list
- 1- cup diced pineapple shopping list
- 2 -bananas , divided shopping list
- 1 - cup fresh strawberries divided shopping list
- 1 - cup blueberries shopping list
- 1 - cup blackberries shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the rums , rumrunner mix, thawed strawberries,and pineapple juice in a bowl.
- mix 1/2 cup strawberries and 1 banana in the blender, and blend
- add it to the rum mixture in the bowl.
- cut the remaining strawberries in half and chop the remaining banana.
- add to the rum mixture along with the pineapple, blueberries and blackberries..........mix well..........
- refrigerate it at least 2 days and even up to 1 week..........
- serve over icecream poundcake .etc.......
- garnish with whipped cream.........
