How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375
- In medium bowl combine cookie crumbs and flaked coconut
- With a fork, stir in butter until mixture is moist and crumbly
- Press crumb mix over base and up sides of 9" pie plate with sides slightly thicker than base
- Bake in oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until firm.
- Cool before filling
