Ingredients

1 egg

1 slice of bread

Directions

Fry the bread on both sides for few minutes

take a glass or cookie cutter and pierce toast so you make a round hole in the middle of the toast

remove circle of toast you just made

crack the egg in the hole while its fryng

flip if desired

your done
