Ingredients

How to make it

  • French the ribs by removing the meat from ½ of each rib section.
  • Add the meat to the cooking dish
  • Arrange the ribs standing, as though the meat is a crown roast of pork, standing on one side of the cooking dish
  • Add one dry pkg of stovetop stuffing mix around the meat
  • add the water
  • Add the butter
  • Add the carrot pieces
  • Add the peppers around the edge
  • Add the vanilla
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Bake in low oven for 35 to 40 minutes, at 300*F
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and Thyme flowers
  • ENJOY!
  • NOTE: The reason the vanilla is added is because it enhances the wonderful flavor of the dish, without adding a vanilla taste.
