Octoberfest Pork Chops Recipe

Octoberfest Pork Chops Recipe
This is a weekday recipe. It's not an exceptional dish, but it's good and makes a good, easy, end of the day meal in the Autumn. I serve it with mashed potatoes and a brown gravy, but would be interested in other taste combinations.

Sounds good to me (ding ding) the bell rings dinner is served !!!!!!! im ready .........hahahaha

This sounds really tasty. Apples and pork are such a great twosome! Bet this would go well with egg noodles. I'm always looking for a good pork chop recipe...it's so hard to get them to come out tender, since they have so little fat in them anymore! Am bookmarking.

Egg noodles would go well, agreed. Good suggestion and I'll have to try the combination.
