Apple Pie

- 6 large tart cooking apples shopping list
- 3/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine shopping list
How to make it
- (Makes on 9" double crust pie)
- Pare, core and slice apples and place in a pastry-lined plate.
- Sprinkle with mixture of sugar, cinnamon and flour.
- Dot with butter.
- Place top crust over filling. Seal the edges and flute with fork or fingers.
- Bake in a hot oven 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until apples are cooked.
