How to make it

  • Heat oven to 400*. Coat bottom and inside ring of a 9" springform pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add banana, juice, butter, egg and zest, mixing just until moistened. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack; remove from pan.
  • In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; drizzle evenly over cake while still warm.
