How to make it
- This recipe makes a double crust. The original recipe, taken from Joy of Cooking, was modified to allow for thicker crusts.
- Blend flour, salt, lard and margarine with a pastry blender. Add water. Separate the mixture into two balls. Roll each ball into a sheet; one top crust, one bottom crust.
