How to make it

  • Cover a shallow pan with foil for easy clean up
  • lay bananas out across pan
  • drizzle honey over bananas
  • sprinkle cinnamon over bananas
  • sprinkle chili pepper over bananas (if you like use more or less)
  • cover with pecan pieces
  • lay butter slices over the top
  • broil for 7 min
  • I use a toaster oven. your time will vary It's done when pecans are toasted. It's ruined when pecans are burned. So keep an eye on it.
  • Wonderful by itself and even better served with ice cream.
