Country Style Cake

I had 30 mins to bake a cake to pack for today's picnic and I didn't wanna settle down for a plain old butter cake . So , I just gave a twist to it and everyone just loved it .
Ingredients
- Pre heat oven at 180 deg C . shopping list
- Beat 115 g butter and 110 g white sugar . shopping list
- Whisk 2 Large eggs in . shopping list
- Fold in 110 g plain flour and 2 tbsp whole almonds chopped along with 1 tbsp golden syrup. shopping list
- Pour in a 9 inch greased pan . shopping list
How to make it
- Mix 2 tsp bitter cocoa pwd in 2 tbsp hot milk .
- Pour on top of the cake and mix it in with a circular motion with a chopstick .
- Dump 2 tbsp of chocolate chip on top .
- Pop into the oven for 15 mins .
