How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Whisk together first 6 ingredients until blended.
  • Stir in pecans.
  • Pour mixture into pie crust.
  • Bake on lower rack for 50 minutes or until set, covering edges with tin foil after 15 minutes.
  • Cool completely on wire rack.
