Gems Pecan Pie

This pie is so easy to make. I always have to make at least 2 because my family gobbles it up so quickly.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 C. sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 3 Tbs, butter, melted shopping list
- 1 C. light corn syrup shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 2 C. pecan halves shopping list
- 1 Unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Whisk together first 6 ingredients until blended.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Bake on lower rack for 50 minutes or until set, covering edges with tin foil after 15 minutes.
- Cool completely on wire rack.

Since this is one of my favorite pie recipes, I don't have to try it first to rate it.. WoW and yummmmm because it is good to me... happy cooking
