Flounder In Wine Sauce

                    - 2 pounds skinned flounder fillets shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 3 tomatoes sliced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/3 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh crushed basil shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Sprinkle fillets on both sides with salt and pepper then place in single layer in greased baking dish.
- Arrange tomatoes over top of fish then sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Blend flour into butter then add milk and gradually cook until thick and smooth stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in wine and basil then pour sauce over top of tomatoes.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
