How to make it

  • Sprinkle fillets on both sides with salt and pepper then place in single layer in greased baking dish.
  • Arrange tomatoes over top of fish then sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Blend flour into butter then add milk and gradually cook until thick and smooth stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in wine and basil then pour sauce over top of tomatoes.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
