Warm Broccoli- nut salad

- 12 ounces broccoli, rinsed and cut into 1-inch pieces shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil shopping list
- About 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped toasted walnuts shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preparation
- 1. In a 10- by 15-inch baking pan, mix broccoli, oil, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Spread in a single layer.
- 2. Bake in a 450° oven, stirring occasionally with a wide spatula, until broccoli is browned and tender when pierced, 20 to 25 minutes.
- 3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar and mustard. Add warm broccoli, walnuts, mix to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
