This salad is a simpe meal that requires very little effort, and very few ingredients, but the outcome is fantastic.

If you have some bread lying around make some croutons to go on top.
Preheat oven to 375. Cut the bread into crouton size pieces and brush each with Olive oil.
Top with a little grated parmesan and cracked pepper.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake until lightly browned and crisp.

I meant to tell you earlier but haven't got the time. I tried this 2 weeks ago and it was great. It went well with my famous Rotkohl Red Cabbage. It made a great combination.
