Ingredients

1C All-purpose flour(sifted)

1tsp baking soda

pinch of salt

5tbsp sugar(powdered).....adjust according to ur taste

5tbsp melted ghee(clarified butter)

Directions

Preheat the oven 150d

In a bowl,add flour,sugar,salt,baking powder,mix it well

Then add the ghee bit by bit,until a soft dough forms

make a small ball,flatten slightly,decorate with cherries or nuts....

Place it in a greesed tray

bake it for 40min,until bottom are lightly brown....

cool it...
