White Cookies

Cookies are made in a wide variety of styles....These cookies are yummy,got the recipe from my friend...They're chewy,crispy,crunchy....
Ingredients
- 1C All-purpose flour(sifted) shopping list
- 1tsp baking soda shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 5tbsp sugar(powdered).....adjust according to ur taste shopping list
- 5tbsp melted ghee(clarified butter) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven 150d
- In a bowl,add flour,sugar,salt,baking powder,mix it well
- Then add the ghee bit by bit,until a soft dough forms
- make a small ball,flatten slightly,decorate with cherries or nuts....
- Place it in a greesed tray
- bake it for 40min,until bottom are lightly brown....
- cool it...
