How to make it

  • Make a paste/batter of besan and water (thick but still runny)
  • add in red chilli flakes, zeera., crushed coriander, salt. pepper
  • now dip spinich block or crunches of fresh spinich
  • deep fry it, longer for the brozen blocks.
  • when they are done they should look crispy and like the picture
  • drain on kitchen paper
  • Can be baked for a healthier version (about 20 minutes)
  • Also the blocks will be healthier as there is more veg/batter
