Easy Slow Cook Chinese Chicken Soup

- 3 14 1/2 ounce cans chicken broth shopping list
- 16 oz package frozen stir-fry vegetable blend shopping list
- 2 C cooked, cubed chicken shopping list
- 1 tsp minced fresh gingerroot shopping list
- 1 tsp soy sauce shopping list
- Fried Won-ton strips(optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except Won-Ton strips in a 4 Qt slow cooker
- Cover and cook on high for 1 to 2 hours depending on upon how crisp you like your vegetables
- Serve with Won-Ton strips, if desired
