Ingredients
  • 10 fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 3 green tea bags
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 cups water

Directions
  1. Boil water.
  2. Combine the mint and green tea and sugar in the teapot, then fill it with the hot water.
  3. Let tea brew, stirring the leaves once or twice, for 3 minutes.
  4. Serve hot as is... or....
  5. Let cool and then transfer to a pitcher.
  6. Repeat process until pitcher is full.
  7. Garnish with remaining sprigs of mint.
  8. Serve over ice and enjoy a refreshing glass of mint iced tea.
