Citrus Dry Rub

- 1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest shopping list
- 1 tbsp finely grated orange zest shopping list
- 1 tbsp finely grated lime zest shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 tsp chili powder or paprika shopping list
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Stir together lemon, orange and lime rinds, garlic, chili powder and oil.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Rub mixture into meat and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature or cover and refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
- Yields about 2 tbsp
