How to make it

  • Stir together lemon, orange and lime rinds, garlic, chili powder and oil.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Rub mixture into meat and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature or cover and refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
  • Yields about 2 tbsp

    that sounds like it would taste good I have some citrus recipes for chicken but for beef right now I only have one for beef tenderloin with gorgonzola sauce it has peppercorns and if you would like to spice it up you can put red pepper flakes in it there is the this and other good recipes and tips at www.cookingandgrillinoutdoors.com
