- parsley (Lots) shopping list
- basil (Lots0 shopping list
- ground cumin (to taste) shopping list
- ground coriander Seed (To taste) shopping list
- Ground Tumeric (To taste) shopping list
- rock salt (a desert spoon) shopping list
- garlic (To taste) shopping list
- Chilli (if desired) shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Add all of the herbs and spices together in a mortar and pestle.
- 2. Add olive oil so as to start creating a paste when grinding. Add Olive Oil to make as dry or wet as you require.
- 3. Finish with Lemon juice
- 4. Use as a dry or wet marinade. Great for baking with either large or whole fish, Chicken or Lamb or can be added to Moroccan style stews.
