How to make it

  • 1. Add all of the herbs and spices together in a mortar and pestle.
  • 2. Add olive oil so as to start creating a paste when grinding. Add Olive Oil to make as dry or wet as you require.
  • 3. Finish with Lemon juice
  • 4. Use as a dry or wet marinade. Great for baking with either large or whole fish, Chicken or Lamb or can be added to Moroccan style stews.
