Ingredients
  • Parsley (Lots)
  • Basil (Lots0
  • Ground Cumin (to taste)
  • Ground Coriander Seed (To taste)
  • Ground Tumeric (To taste)
  • Rock Salt (a desert spoon)
  • Garlic (To taste)
  • Chilli (if desired)
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice

Directions
  1. 1. Add all of the herbs and spices together in a mortar and pestle.
  2. 2. Add olive oil so as to start creating a paste when grinding. Add Olive Oil to make as dry or wet as you require.
  3. 3. Finish with Lemon juice
  4. 4. Use as a dry or wet marinade. Great for baking with either large or whole fish, Chicken or Lamb or can be added to Moroccan style stews.
