Big Country Holiday Breakfast Bake

- 1 (12 oz) package bulk pork sausage shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper shopping list
- 10 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 (12 oz) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large skillet, brown sausage, onion and bell peppers; drain well.
- Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in cheese and sausage mixture.
- Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Press biscuits into bottom of
- 13 x 9 inch (3 quart) baking dish. Pour sausage mixture over biscuit crust.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until egg mixture is set and crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
