Ingredients

4 oz. Half and Half Cream - (more)

3/4 oz. Banana Liqueur - (more)

3/4 oz. Malibu Rum - (more)

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a shaker with a little ice, shake and strain over ice into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of banana and a cherry.

Right - "banana and cherry" is fruit and should count as part of your 5-a-day. The Malibu is just for medicinal purposes isn't it? As I have a nasty cough at the moment, I'll make it tomorrow. It sounds really healthy........just won't make it now because it's gone midnight here and am tired and going to bed.
