How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • Line a 9 inch glass pie plate with one crust
  • In a 12 inch skillet, cook ground beef, mushrooms, onion and flour over medium heat 10 - 12 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is cooked through and liquid has evaporated
  • Stir in soup mix, half and half and cream cheese
  • Cook, stirring constantly until cheese has melted and mixture is hot
  • Remove from heat and stir in Swiss cheese
  • Pour into pie crust lined pie plate
  • Top with second crust; seal edges and flute; cut slit in several places in top crust
  • Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden
  • Let stand 10 minutes before serving
  • Cut into wedges and serve
