How to make it

  • Sprinkle the onion soup on the bottom of a 9x13 pan
  • Pour rice over top.
  • Mix cream soups and broth.
  • Place chicken on rice, pour soup mixture over everything.
  • Bake at 350 for about an hour.

    I'm confused. What size can chicken broth? Is the rice that is placed in the bottom of the pan cooked first? Is it minute rice or a long cooking rice? Do I leave the skin on the chicken or remove it?
