How to make it

  • Heat olive oil in skillet on stovetop
  • sautee garlic and green onions
  • add shrimp, sautee until shrimp are evenly pink
  • add scallops, sautee another 2 minutes
  • add baby portabellas, sautee one more minute
  • add artichoke hearts
  • add Basil Pesto, cook 2 minutes
  • add spinach, cook another minute
  • serve over Rigatoni
