Sweet Pistachios

- 2/3 cup packed brown (light or dark) sugar 2 Tbsp. orange juice shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. light corn syrup shopping list
- 1 bag Sunkist® California In Shell pistachios shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, combine brown sugar, orange juice and corn syrup. Over medium heat, cook for 5 minutes or until sugar has dissolved, stirring often. Add pistachios and stir until nuts are well coated. In a large bowl, add sugar. Add coated pistachios and stir to coat well. Evenly spread pistachios over 2 foil-lined or parchment paper lined baking sheets. Let stand one hour or until completely cooled (pistachios will harden as they cool). Store in loosely covered container for up to two weeks.
- Makes 12 servings.
