Beef Tips in Crockpot Recipe

How to make it

  • Brown beef tips in olive oil.
  • Mix with the two soups in a crockpot.
  • Cook on low all day or 6 to 8 hours.
  • Just before serving, add the sour cream.
  • Serve over rice or egg noodles.
  • Note: I like to also serve on rice, wild rice, or a mixture of the two.
  • Note: Beef tips are bite size pieces of steak. You can also slice in strips if you prefer.
