Beef Tips In Crockpot Recipe

This dish is easy and delicious! One of my family's favorites. Also a great company dish.

Ingredients
- 3 lbs. beef tips (round steak or sirloin)
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can French onion soup (not the dry mix)
- 1 8-oz carton sour cream (fat free works fine)
Directions
- Brown beef tips in olive oil.
- Mix with the two soups in a crockpot.
- Cook on low all day or 6 to 8 hours.
- Just before serving, add the sour cream.
- Serve over rice or egg noodles.
- Note: I like to also serve on rice, wild rice, or a mixture of the two.
- Note: Beef tips are bite size pieces of steak. You can also slice in strips if you prefer.
