Beef Tips In Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients

3 lbs. beef tips (round steak or sirloin)

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can French onion soup (not the dry mix)

1 8-oz carton sour cream (fat free works fine)

Directions

Brown beef tips in olive oil.

Mix with the two soups in a crockpot.

Cook on low all day or 6 to 8 hours.

Just before serving, add the sour cream.

Serve over rice or egg noodles.

Note: I like to also serve on rice, wild rice, or a mixture of the two.

Note: Beef tips are bite size pieces of steak. You can also slice in strips if you prefer.
