this has a kick but is not overwhelmingly hot... if you would like more heat add more Jalapeno

  • 1/2 Chipotle pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 teasp. Adobo sauce
  • 1/2 Jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 8 oz Raspberry preserves

Directions
  1. mix all ingredients together...
