Better Than Store Bought Butter Pecan Ice Cream

- 1 cup pecan pieces shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 teaspoons butter extract shopping list
- 2 teaspoons maple extract shopping list
- 2 cups whipping cream, whipped shopping list
- 1-8 oz. tub of Cool Whip shopping list
- 4 to 5 cups whole milk shopping list
How to make it
- Spread Pecan Pieces on baking sheet.
- Roast at 300 degrees for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally; set aside.
- Beat eggs with sugar in large bowl.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, butter, and maple extracts; beat well.
- Fold in whipped cream and cool whip.
- Fold in Pecan Pieces.
- Pour into a 1 gallon ice cream freezer container.
- Add milk to fill line.
- Freeze, using manufacture's instructions.
